Profiles of EN15085 certification
The standard of EN15085 welding quality system is about rail vehicle and parts
Composed of 5 parts:
EN15085-1: General provisions
EN15085-2: Quality requirements and qualification of welding enterprises
EN15085-3:Design requirement
EN15085-4: Production requirements
EN15085-5: Inspection, test and documentation
Guality class of seam
1.Designer determine the weld quality class by calculating ,
which according to the bearing status and safety requirements
of the product.
2.The quality grade of the weld seam determines the quality grade
of the weld and the grade of the weld inspection. And the weld
inspection level determines the test method, the welding seam must
be all of the appearance test (VT).
3.UltrasonicTesting ( UT)
4.Penetrant Testing (PT)
5.The inspection of the seam shall guide and supervise by charge
who is responsible for the welding.
Requirements:
Raw material requirements: - Base metal and welding material
The supervision and testing of the welding.
The quality records.
